Adding Workers
There are several ways to add workers to your WorkSafe account, depending on your needs and the size of your workforce.
- Individual Entry: Add workers one at a time through the dashboard with full profile details.
- Bulk Import: Import multiple workers from CSV or Excel files with automatic field mapping.
- Self-Registration: Share a registration link for workers to sign up themselves.
Best Practice
For large organizations, use bulk import to add all existing workers at once, then enable self-registration for new hires. This saves time and ensures no one is missed.
Worker Profiles
Each worker profile provides a comprehensive view of their qualifications, training history, and current compliance status.
- Contact information (name, email, phone)
- Site assignments and access permissions

Certification Tracking
WorkSafe automatically tracks certification expiry dates and sends alerts to both workers and administrators before they lapse. You can configure alerts to match your organization's needs.
- Alert timing (30, 60, or 90 days before expiry)
- Notification recipients (worker, manager, admin)
- Required certifications by role or site
Automate Renewals
Set up automatic enrollment for renewal courses. When a certification is about to expire, the worker will be automatically enrolled in the required training.
