Enrollments
Learn how to enroll workers in training courses and track their progress through completion.
Enrolling Workers
There are several ways to enroll workers in courses:
Individual Enrollment
- Navigate to the worker's profile
- Click "Enroll in Course"
- Select the course from the dropdown
- Set the due date (optional)
- Click "Enroll"
Bulk Enrollment
- Go to the course details page
- Click "Manage Enrollments"
- Select multiple workers or filter by site/role
- Set enrollment options and due dates
- Click "Enroll Selected"
Enrollment Status
Each enrollment has one of the following statuses:
Not StartedWorker has been enrolled but hasn't begun
In ProgressWorker has started but not completed
CompletedWorker has successfully completed the course
OverdueDue date has passed without completion
Managing Enrollments
From the enrollment management screen, you can:
- View progress for all enrolled workers
- Send reminder notifications
- Extend or modify due dates
- Unenroll workers if needed
- Export enrollment reports
